Cybersecurity Advances accepts account registrations and manuscripts through OJS. The editorial service processes account details, contributor metadata, manuscripts, review and decision records, correspondence, copyright-owner and electronic-signature records, agreement version and hash, timestamps, audit history and related workflow files so authorized users can operate submission, peer review and rights administration. Source IP addresses and hashed user-agent evidence may be retained with electronic consent where lawfully collected.
Access and public disclosure
Editorial and consent records are authenticated and role-restricted. Public article metadata displays the copyright holder and licence, not private signature evidence. Public article metadata and version-of-record files display the copyright holder and CC BY 4.0 licence; private signature evidence remains restricted. The public portal does not contain an advertising or behavioral-profiling integration, and its contact dialog does not submit information to an AI service.
