- Submission alone does not transfer or license copyright.
- Every rights holder must complete agreement CA-CRA-1.0 after acceptance and before production, or receive a documented legal exception.
- CC BY 4.0 permits sharing and adaptation for any purpose with appropriate attribution, a link to the licence and an indication of changes.
- The public licence is irrevocable for compliant users; ownership does not restrict uses already permitted by CC BY 4.0.
- Data, code, preprints and version relationships remain explicit.
